PRODUCT RETURN POLICIES
Change of mind
In an event that you have changed your mind about an item you Purchased in our store, these will be given within 15 days of Purchase, on production of the reciepts [ or other proof of purchase ] and provided the original creativesyncstore price ticket is still attached. This does not affect your Statutory rights under the sale of goods act 1979
FAULTS
If you discovered you have purchased a faulty item, We want to know about it, Please return iy with your reciepts [ or other proof of purchase ], With the original Creativesynstore price ticket attached
If the fault was pointed out at the point of purchase, we will either agree on exchange or credit.
If the item is faulty and this was not pointed out at point of purchase, a refund may be given
Once your returned item is recieved and inspected, we will send you an email, to notify you that we have recieved your returned item, we will also notify you if the item has been approved or refused
If the refund has been approved, a refund will be processed and a CREDIT will be automatically applied to your credit card or your patment method or credit card, within 10 calendar days.
If you have paid for the standard delivery of the goods , the cost delivery will also be refunded [ optional ]
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted
- Product with obvious sign of use
- Any article that is not originally conditioned, is damaged or missing parts, for reasons that are not due to our error.
- Any article Returned after 30 days of delivery
Late or missing refunds?
If you hav'nt recieved a refund yet, first kindly check your bank again Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time needed.
